• We prefer you send your top and backing wrapped in plastic (in case the box gets wet), with a delivery confirmation, so that we can track it, if necessary.
  
  
• When we receive your quilt, we will notify you of its arrival.
  
  
• We guarantee to ship your quilt back to you within two weeks of its arrival.
  
  
• All quilts will be processed in the order we receive them in our smoke free, pet free studio.
  
  
• Delivery confirmation will be emailed to you with estimated date of arrival.
  
  
• Unless special arrangements are made we will ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day service). If actual shipping costs are less than the amount you have prepaid, we will return the difference to you with your quilt.
